You can transfer your ticket to another date but you have to do so 3 hours before the session starts to enable us to fill the space. We often have waiting lists, so this slot would then get offered to the people on that list. Please see our cancellation policy for more details.

Yes we do! We have exclusive offers where you get to use the whole building for your party and get longer in the centre. It includes the party room, free squash and free entry for the birthday boy or girl on their next visit. Please email us at email@example.com for more information and to check availability.
No. Food and drinks can only be consumed in the café area due to health and safety reasons.
Yes. The aim of the centre is to encourage parent-child communication and it is a parent-led session. By all means have a break and a cup of coffee whilst watching your children through the windows though!
Yes, there is a ramp into the building and inside the building itself up to the toilets, which have been fitted specifically for this purpose. All the rooms are wide enough to get a wheelchair in too.
We have enough space for a few prams in our corridor and when the back room isn’t in use, you are welcome to keep them there too.
Yes we have a small café that you are welcome to use at any point during your visit, before or after the session (however, please be aware that the next session will be starting or finishing so parking may be limited). We serve lovely James Gourmet coffee, tea and a range of sandwiches, panini’s, jacket potatoes, cakes, snacks and fruit options. We also cater for different dietary needs and have soya, oat milk or almond milk alternatives and are looking to expand all the time.
Yes, we have 15 spaces that you can use for parking. 5 spaces directly outside the building and a further 10 in the car parking area, although this is a first come first served basis with the flat residents (although they rarely use them). You can park on the road opposite by the flats and in the surrounding areas but please be mindful of residents and other businesses in the area.
Yes you can pay by card or cash.
Pre-booking is recommended due to limited numbers at each session. They do fill up quickly, especially on weekends, so we would hate to turn you away due to being full. Please see our booking link which will show the dates and times available.
We are open 7 days a week at the following times:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9.30-11am, 11.30-1pm, 1.30-3pm, 3.45-5.15pm
Wednesday and Friday: 9.30-11am, 11.30-1pm, 1.30-3pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9.30-11am, 11.30-1pm, 1.30-3pm, 3.30-5pm (may vary due to parties)
